During-Event Cleaning: Our team provides continuous cleaning and maintenance services throughout the event, ensuring that high-traffic areas, restrooms, and other key areas remain clean, organized, and presentable for guests.

Post-Event Cleaning: After the event concludes, we conduct comprehensive post-event cleaning services to restore the venue to its original condition, including debris removal, floor cleaning, surface disinfection, and trash disposal, allowing you to transite seamlessly to the next event.

Event Cleaning Scope

Pre-Event Cleaning:

• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Dusting and wiping surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and decor
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and countertops
• Wiping down mirrors and glass surfaces
• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
• Spot cleaning walls and removing stains
• Setting up cleaning stations with supplies for during-event maintenance

During-Event Cleaning:

• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic areas, such as entrances, lobbies, and restrooms
• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners as needed
• Replenishing restroom supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap
• Spot cleaning spills and messes promptly to prevent accidents and maintain a clean appearance
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning stations throughout the venue
• Providing on-site cleaning support as requested by event organizers

Post-Event Cleaning:
​
• Removing decorations
• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and restrooms
• Vacuuming of floors or carpet, washing of floor if required
• Disposing of trash and recyclables in an environmentally responsible manner (Provisions of waste bins if required)
• Polishing and shining fixtures and surfaces to restore their appearance
• Inspecting the venue for any damages or maintenance issues and reporting them to event organizers
• Restoring the venue to its original condition and ensuring it is ready for future events
